Founded in 2021, Impedance Solutions was born out of a simple yet powerful mission: to provide security solutions that people can truly rely on. Can I view my CCTV cameras remotely from my phone?
Absolutely. All our modern CCTV systems are designed for secure remote access. We will fully configure the system so you can monitor live footage and review recordings from anywhere in the world using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. This is a standard feature we provide with every installation.
What happens to my security system if the power goes out?
This is a critical consideration. To ensure your property remains protected during power outages, we strongly recommend and can install an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). This battery backup system will keep your CCTV, alarm and access control systems running for a set period of time, providing uninterrupted security when it matters most
Are your technicians qualified and trustworthy?
Your safety and trust are our highest priorities. Every member of our technical team is a highly trained, certified and experienced professional. Furthermore, all our employees undergo thorough background checks before joining our team. You can be confident that the technician arriving at your property is a skilled, vetted and respectful expert.
Do you provide a warranty on your installations?
Yes, we do. We stand confidently behind our work. All hardware we install is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1-3 years). Additionally, we provide our own workmanship guarantee on the installation itself, ensuring that if any issues arise due to our work, we will rectify them promptly.
How long does a typical installation take?
The installation timeline depends on the size of the property and the complexity of the system. A standard CCTV or alarm system installation for a residential home can often be completed in a single day. For larger commercial projects or integrated systems, it may take longer. We will always provide you with a clear and accurate timeline as part of your detailed, no obligation quote.
What kind of support do you offer after the installation is complete?
Our relationship with you doesn’t end after the installation. We provide a complete walkthrough to ensure you’re comfortable using your new system. We are also available for follow up questions and offer optional Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to proactively service your system, ensuring it remains in perfect working order for years to come.
